With

Stéphanie Paquin-Jaloux

Head of Nature, dsm-firmenich,

Founder of BiodivSourcing

Stéphanie Paquin-Jaloux is a biologist by training and an expert in biodiversity management. She is passionate about helping companies integrate biodiversity into their strategy.

Following more than 15 years in different parts of the world: Central America, Brazil, Cape Verde, Angola, Indonesia, she has acquired both field experience in agricultural sectors and strategic experience within companies. In 2013, she set up BiodivSourcing, her own consulting and support company. Between 2017 and 2024, she coordinated all biodiversity-related issues for Firmenich and then dsm-firmenich, both regulatory (Nagoya Protocol) and strategic. Since 2010, thanks to her work with the UEBT (Union for Ethical BioTrade), she has become an expert on the subject of the Nagoya Protocol and biodiversity management in responsible supply chains and purchasing.

Stéphanie will be our guest speaker at the Conference: "What is a responsible supply chain for natural products?" during which we will introduce the concept of duty of care, the responsible purchasing approach and what this means in our perfume supply chains.
